Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa. We are Currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced and competent person, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (27) years leading steel manufacturer as a Sales Executive- Order Processing.
Responsibilities
• Prepare Quotations as per customer requirement.
• Ensure timely processing of customer LPOs’ as per company policy and procedures.
• Support the sales department with timely updates regarding order processing and payment status.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Constantly work to achieve the given targets.
• Coordinate the making of production order for special orders.
• Write and submit periodic reports to the line manager.
Required Qualification, Skills & Experience
• 3 years working experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any business-related field.
• Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to handle pressure and work under minimum supervision.
• High level of integrity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding problem solver.
• Creative mind and observant in terms of detail orientation.
• Oriented toward serving others and helping customers
• Customer-service skills
• Should be a team player.
