Training Advisor – Civil Works
Roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate the training requirements of the team in the Civil engineering Unit while aligning with the CR10 training standards and procedures
• Monthly communication with the Chief Civil Engineer to ensure alignment and progress on the integration to the CR10 Technical Training objectives
• Manage relationships with contract service providers, vendor support and other stakeholders associated with technical training programs
• Coordinate and execute the delivery of training programs to meet technical training requirements
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any other related discipline
Skills and Experience
• Eight (8) years of experience working in civil and construction engineering in major international construction projects
• Two (2) years as a supervisor and mentor on a major civil and constriction engineering project
• Knowledge of quality control requirements and other building codes and industry standards as per international best practices required
