Job Details:
Chartered Security Group Ltd (CSG) is an acclaimed firm
of security agents with a reputation for effective security solutions and
innovative technology in protecting life and property.
CSG is looking for a competent Security Operations Manager to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
As a security operations manager, you must demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a solid commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Since you will have several people under your responsibility, you must also exhibit leadership skills. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, and property are safe and well-protected.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Senior level
Experience Length: 5 years.
Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose: Take charge of
all Security Operations in the Company, including Training.
Key Roles/Tasks.
1.   To
oversee the day-to-day security operations of deployment and supervision of
Security personnel.
2.   To
perform assignment spot checks and ensure that all security personnel under
command are undertaking their duties.
3.  Â
Oversee compliance of security personnel recruitment with established
company policies and Standards.
4.  Â
Ensure all assignment instructions are followed and adhered to by
security personnel.
5.  Â
Oversee investigations of incidents and prepare incident reports.
6.  Â
Ensure client’s requirements, requests, complaints, and suggestions are
addressed within 24hrs
7.  Â
Oversee management of all security officers’ Leave schedules and duty arrangements.
8.  Â
Oversee the Training of security guards and ensure standards are adhered
to.
9.  Â
Ensure retention of existing business and scouting for new clients
10. Â
Advise management on security threats on client premises.
•   Must have worked as an Operations Manager or
Assistant Operations Manager under private security firms for at least two
years.
•   Having been in the disciplined forces would
be an asset.
•  Minimum qualification: first degree from a
recognized university.
 Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or
any other Security-related course would be an added advantage.
