Job Details:

TUMU HOSPITAL/TUMU Medical Institute located in Buhweju District (western Uganda). Has a job opening for a talented, dynamic, and innovative individual with HR and public relations background combined.
Position (ONE): Human Resource/Corporate Affairs Officer(HR/CAO)
Job Purpose:
Coordinate the Human resource function and public Relations services of the hospital and the Institute.

Desired skills competencies and experience:
• A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human resource Management, information technology, Mass communication or any other relevant formal degree
• Strong interpersonal skills is a must
• Good communication skills, writing skills, and demostratable administrative capabilities
• Knowledge of modern computer applications including fixing minor IT issues is an added advantage
• Must be organized, good at personal administration and results oriented.
• Other relevant supplementary documents proving to have trained in management in different fields, Willingness to work and stay in a rural setting for longer periods is VERY ESSENTIAL
• Experience of having worked in a medical/ Training setting is required but not a must so long the candidate is willing to learn.
