Responsibilities
• Relate to patients or clients without any form of discrimination
• Ensure that the patient/client record are kept legibly and safely
• Ensure that when you delegate your duty to other staff, the clients care is met to the maximum and you will be accountable to the outcomes of your delegation.
• Deliver care to our clients with current evidence and best practice of nursing.
• Know the limits of your competence in terms of procedures and giving treatment
Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing
• Computer knowledge and registration with respective council.
