Overview
Key Result Areas:
* Install, repair, and maintain chilled water, steam, heat, water, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems * Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and make repairs or replacements when necessary.* Prepare daily activity reports for submission to the Plumbing Supervisor* Performs preventative maintenance work as required* Any other duties assigned by the Plumbing Supervisor.
The position reports to the Plumbing Supervisor.

Educational Qualifications & Experience* Craft certificate in plumbing from a recognized institution.2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & Professional Attributes* Must be good at application of creativity and innovative skills in managing projects* should have good analyzing skills as well* Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of plumbing systems* Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, heaters, and other plumbing components* Should be a problem – solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it* Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgment* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
