Overview
Reporting to the manufacturing manager/production manager, the successful candidate will;
Key Result Areas: Capturing daily/shift wise, product wise, and color-wise production data in SAP, *Generating production-related reports, *Responsible for maintaining and up to dating stock in the system, *Handling production confirmation on a daily basis, *Preparing material reservation on a daily basis, *Preparing stock reconciliation on a daily basis, *Compiling and filing copies of production-related documents, *Any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time to ensure a continuous flow of work. Educational qualifications and experience
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or any other business-related discipline,*Knowledge of Manufacturing Process is an added advantage,*One year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company, *Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, Dedicated, Punctual, Result Oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Records management skills, knowledge of computer packages, professional skills, and good behavioral competencies,*The jobholder is not subject to work that is physically demanding and is generally not exposed to any hazards as a direct consequence of the job,*The jobholder is on call and may be required to work overtime and weekends.
