About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is looking for 2 competent, skilled, and experienced Environmental Assistants for one of our clients CNOOC Uganda.

Job summary:
The Environmental Assistant will in charge of oilfield on site environmental relative work and implementation of HSE regulation, identify potential environmental hazard to avoid environmental accidents

Key Roles and responsibilities
• Emergency response as per emergency response plan, coordinate oilfield manager to carry out emergency handling
• In charge of oilfield on site environmental management implement;
• Supervise environmental precaution method carried by work team;
• In charge of environmental protection equipment management, supervise and ensure all system and equipment comply with QHSE regulation; Organize environmental related equipment preventive maintenance;
• Supervise the environmental protection of on site operation, participate safety situation analyze and prepare precaution;
• In charge of environmental data collection and submit;
• In charge of environmental related near miss, accident and incident report and cooperate incident handling and audit;
• Prepare environmental relative work plan and summary, cooperate supervisor to control environmental budget;
• Organize environmental protection related equipment normal routine check and record, report abnormal timely;
• Raise environmental relative equipment purchase requirement;
• Response for environmental related contractor on site management;
• Participate on site environmental relative training and drilling;
• Conduct on site environmental related training;
• Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety, Environmental, Management, Petroleum or maintenance major.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Environmental Management

Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of Environmental Management.
• Knowledge regarding environmental regulation
