Job Details:
Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA) is a statutory Body established by UNMA Act, 2012. The Act empowers UNMA to provide for the control and development of technically sound and scientific meteorological services in Uganda.
The National fv\meteorological Training School (NMTS) is based in Entebbe. The School was transferred from Ministry of Education and sports to Uganda National Meteorological Authority in 2010. The School's mandate is to train all medium meteorological personnel in Uganda which can deliver quality services to the fields of /vteteorology, Aviation/Defense, Agriculture, Forestry/ Agroforestry, Environment, Education.
The Authority seeks to recruit competent and well-motivated Ugandans to fill Director station Networks and Observations position that exits at the Uganda Meteorological Authority (UNtv\A) and The National TV\meteorological Training School (NMTS) Entebbe.
