REPORTING TO: COUNTRY DIRECTOR
Role Overview: This position is expected to play a lead role in enabling the General Assembly, Board, Country Director and the CMT in meeting the objectives of the Country strategy. The position will be responsible for the provision of high level administrative, legal and Board liaison support to the Country Director and the Governance Arm of AAIU. Support shall be extended to CMT as appropriate. The Officer shall execute his/her duties in line with AAI/AAU policies on corporate governance, AAIU Board Manual and Several AAIU Policies and Procedures.
