Reports to: Head of Estates & Transport
Station: Entebbe

Job Purpose:
The Estates Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all estates projects undertaken are well contracted, properly documented and executed in a timely manner appropriately with value for money considerations. This includes timely reporting on projects progress and reviewing any challenges with the head of Estates and the section heads to ensure proper utilization of resources and quality outputs for the Unit.
The post holder works within the Estates team and is responsible for the delivery of building, IT and disposal projects. Overseeing and ensuring the professional specification and management of projects along with advising the unit on statutory compliance requirements.
Responsibility to ensure Health and safety compliance at project level, and showing an understanding of requirements under all legislation to ensure best and safe practice is encouraged and maintained whilst working for and in the unit.
