Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: TSS
Job Purpose:
The Technical Support Officer is responsible proper installation of company hardware devices .

General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install and configure Fleet management products on database.
• Follow the company’s standard operational policies and procedures including established escalation procedures
• Ensure that company resources are well utilized like tools, phones and laptops.
• Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
• Collect relevant technical details to effectively troubleshoot reported issues.
• Perform complete, accurate, and timely entry of information into CRM tool for all incidents/support requests (e.g. gather and document required information from customers).
• Capture new vehicles onto the database.
• Prepare quality check list, Job cards and work reports requirements within the department.
• Customer liaison (attend to their queries)
• Utilize remote secure access technologies such as Apps to diagnose and resolve customer issues

• Expert knowledge in electrical circuit interpretation.
• Ability to identify color cording.
• Basics of instrumentation and control system.

• Expert knowledge in how operating systems and
• software works.

Job Education: At least a diploma in Electrical Engineering or Its equivalent.

Job Experience: 1-2 years for experience in a Relevant field and Previous experience of mechanical Engineering.

Work Hours: 8
